We’re excited to announce that we are officially accepting proposals for IMMERSEcon, our annual virtual conference happening February 27-28, 2025. This year’s event will be held entirely online and is free to attend!

Last year, over 550 attendees from higher education and industry joined us as we explored the intersection of AI and XR in language learning. This year, IMMERSEcon will expand its focus to showcase how XR is shaping education and training across diverse fields by featuring presentations from thought leaders that cover a variety of subjects.

We invite proposals from speakers eager to share their expertise through quick talks or panels. While we welcome all XR-related topics, we are particularly interested in the following themes:
 

• XR learning and training in business or higher education contexts

• XR application demos that showcase practical educational uses in business and academic settings

• Education and Product intersections exploring the overlap between pedagogical design and app development

• Best practices for developing XR-based educational content

• Insights for deploying and implementing XR devices and solutions at scale

• Creating accessible and equitable XR experiences

• The future of AI and XR technologies
